  • 2 cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel and spread them on a baking sheet.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Toss to coat evenly.

  5. Roast chickpeas for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
