Whether you prefer them spicy or mild, crisp or saucy, we have all the tips and tricks you need to cook the perfect party wings.
Ingredients:
- Chicken wings – fresh or frozen
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Optional seasonings: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper
- Barbecue sauce, buffalo sauce, or your favorite wing sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If using frozen wings, make sure to thaw them completely.
- Pat the wings dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. This will help them get crispy.
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings you desire. Make sure the wings are evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup. Arrange the wings in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
- If you prefer saucy wings, remove the baking sheet from the oven and brush the wings with your favorite sauce. Return them to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
- Once the wings are cooked to your liking, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Serve the party wings with additional sauce on the side for dipping. Add some celery sticks and carrot sticks for a refreshing crunch.
These party wings are perfect for any gathering, whether it’s a birthday party, game night, or just a casual get-together with friends. Customize the flavors by trying different sauces or seasonings. Have fun and get creative with your party wing creations!
Now that you know how to cook party wings, make sure to prepare plenty of them because they will disappear fast. Enjoy the deliciousness and the compliments from your guests! Happy cooking!
