How To Make Vegan Garlic & Herb ‘Cheese’ Balls

Ingredients
- 2 cups of cashews, soaked overnight
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Drain the soaked cashews and place them in a food processor. Add the garlic, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls using your hands. Place the balls on a lined baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese balls are slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
