Ingredients
- 6onion bagels,halved
- ⅓cupolive oil
- 25ozmarinara sauce with basil,1 jar
- 2tbspgarlic,minced
- 8ozvegan mzarella cheese,(1 bag), shredded
- 8ozvegan pepper jack cheese,(1 bag), shredded
- 12ozvegan italian sausage,sliced for pepperoni or ground for sausage
- 1½cupsred onion,chopped
- 2cupsbutton mushroom,sliced
- ½cupbell pepper,red and green, diced
- ½cupblack olive,sliced
- 2tbspdried oregano
- herb,fresh, torn, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Arrange the bagels cut-side up on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.

Spread the marinara sauce over the pizzas, then sprinkle with a bit of garlic.

Top with the vegan mozzarella and pepper Jack cheeses.

Add your toppings of choice, such as pepperoni or ground sausage, spinach, red onion, mushrooms, bell peppers, and olives.
