Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
Total: 25 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, cold
  • 1/2 cup of milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

  3. Cut the cold butter into small cubes and add it to the flour mixture. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to mix the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.

  4. Gradually add the milk to the mixture, stirring until the dough comes together. You may not need to use all of the milk.

  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thickness.

  6. Use a cookie cutter or a knife to cut the dough into desired shapes. Place the crackers onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.

  8. Allow the crackers to cool completely before serving.
