  • 16 salted crackers
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Place the salted crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  2. Spread a generous amount of peanut butter onto each cracker.

  3. Place another cracker on top to create a sandwich.

  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.

  5. Dip each cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate, fully coating both sides.

  6. Place the coated crackers back onto the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate sets, about 10 minutes.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
