Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve of saltine crackers
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, chili powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.

  3. Add the saltine crackers to the bowl and gently toss until each cracker is coated in the spice mixture.

  4. Arrange the crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
