Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a baking dish, spread out a layer of tortilla chips.

  3. Top with chicken, shredded cheese, tomatoes, black olives, cilantro, red onion, and jalapeno peppers.

  4. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

  7. Serve hot with sour cream and salsa on the side.
