  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the spices and mix well.

  2. Add the ground pork to the bowl and mix until the spices are evenly distributed.

  3. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

  4. Add the pork mixture to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.

  5. Add vinegar and water to the skillet and stir well to combine.

  6. Reduce heat to low and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
