How To Make Sausage Rolls
Pork is one of the most commonly cooked meats in the world and we’ve decided to put our spin into these minimal yet tasty pork recipes that will have you looking forward to every bite.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 4 sausage links
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp of sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Roll out the puff pastry onto a floured surface.

Cut the pastry into 4 equal rectangles.

Place a sausage link on each rectangle and roll the pastry around it.

Cut the rolled pastry into smaller pieces, around 3 inches each.

Place the sausage rolls onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Brush the beaten egg over the rolls.

Sprinkle sesame seeds (optional) on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
