  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp fennel seeds

  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground pork and maple syrup.

  2. Add in salt, black pepper, fennel seeds, dried sage, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.

  3. Form the mixture into small sausage patties.

  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
