How To Make Pepperoni Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle shape.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Layer the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.

Starting from one of the long sides, roll the dough tightly into a log shape.

Cut the log into 4 equal pieces and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Sprinkle the tops of the rolls with Parmesan cheese and parsley.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve the pepperoni rolls warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
