Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the mixed nuts until finely chopped.

  2. Add raisins, almond butter, honey, protein powder, and shredded coconut to the food processor. Pulse until well combined and sticky dough forms.

  3. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 tablespoon each.

  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
