Ingredients

  • 1 cup of dates, pitted
  • 1 cup of nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the dates and nuts until they form a sticky ball.

  2. Add the shredded coconut, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to the food processor. Pulse a few times to combine.

  3. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls.

  4. Place the Date-Nut Balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
