How To Make Date-Nut Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup of dates, pitted
- 1 cup of nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions

In a food processor, blend the dates and nuts until they form a sticky ball.

Add the shredded coconut, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to the food processor. Pulse a few times to combine.

Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls.

Place the Date-Nut Balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
