Ingredients
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of chopped nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)
- 1/2 cup of milk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the chopped nuts and milk.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
