How To Make Steve’s PaleoGoods Fruit and Nut Bar Recipe
A healthy and yummy snack bar made with natural ingredients like fruits, nuts, and honey.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
Instructions

Line a 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine almonds, cashews, figs, apricots, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.

In a small pot, heat honey and almond butter over low heat until melted.

Pour melted honey mixture over fruit and nut mixture. Stir until well combined.

Transfer mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to press down until it’s evenly spread out.

Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Cut into bars and serve.
