  • 4 cups water

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the flax seeds and water.

  2. Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth.

  3. Using a nut milk bag or a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a large bowl.

  4. Squeeze the bag or press the mixture with a spoon to extract all the milk.

  5. Transfer the flax seed milk into a bottle or jar and refrigerate for up to 4 days.

  6. Shake well before using.
