Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, flaxseed meal, sesame seeds, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and olive oil. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  4. Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet and flatten it with your hands. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough until it is about 1/8 inch thick.

  5. Use a knife or a pizza cutter to score the dough into cracker-sized pieces.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.

  7. Allow the crackers to cool completely before serving.
