How To Make Instant Pot Popcorn

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable or coconut)
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Place the Instant Pot on sauté mode and add the oil.

Allow the oil to heat up for a minute, then add the popcorn kernels and stir them well to coat them in oil.

Close the Instant Pot lid and set the pressure release valve to the sealing position.

Switch the Instant Pot to manual mode and set the time for 5 minutes on high pressure.

Once the cooking time is complete, carefully release the pressure manually by turning the pressure release valve to the venting position.

Open the Instant Pot lid and carefully transfer the popcorn to a bowl.

Season with salt to taste and toss well to combine.
