Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced ham, peas, chopped mint, grated cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
-
Roll out one sheet of puff pastry on a floured surface. Cut it into 4 equal squares.
-
Spoon the ham mixture onto the center of each pastry square. Fold over diagonally to form a triangle shape. Use a fork to press and seal the edges.
-
Repeat with the remaining sheet of puff pastry and remaining filling.
-
Place the filled pasties onto the prepared baking sheet. Cut a small slit on the top of each pasty to allow steam to escape during baking.
-
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown and crispy.
-
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
