How To Make Golden Goat’s Cheese Tomatoes

- 4 golden tomatoes
- 100g goat’s cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut off the tops of the golden tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and pulp.

In a bowl, mix the goat’s cheese with salt and pepper.

Stuff the tomatoes with the goat’s cheese mixture and place them in a baking dish.

Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the tomatoes.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
