Instructions

  3. Fry the tortilla pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  4. Use a slotted spoon or tongs to transfer the fried chips to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

  5. Sprinkle the hot chips with salt immediately after frying.

  6. Repeat the frying process with the remaining tortilla pieces.
