Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Add the mashed bananas and milk to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or pot.

  5. Scoop spoonfuls of the banana mixture and carefully drop them into the hot oil.

  6. Fry the banana balls until golden brown, turning them occasionally for even cooking.

  7. Remove the fried banana balls from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
