- 2 large onions, cut into 1/2-inch thick rings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
