How To Make Corn on the Cob with Chili and Lime

  • 4corn
  • 1lime,cut in wedges
  • ½tbspsalted butter
  • 1tspchili lime seasoning,McKormick, Tajin or Trader Joes


  1. Microwave corn, in their husks, for 3 to 4 minutes. Let it rest until it’s cool enough to hold for about 5 minutes.

  2. Remove the husks and corn silk.

  3. Lightly rub each corn with a little butter.

  4. Squeeze lime juice over the corn and sprinkle with chili seasoning.
