Ingredients
- 1 cup of corn kernels
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of cornmeal
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/4 tsp of paprika
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the corn kernels, flour, cornmeal, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.

Pour the milk and egg mixture into the corn mixture and stir until well combined.

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).

Drop spoonfuls of the corn mixture into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
