Ingredients

  • 4 cups of corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the corn kernels in salted water for about 5 minutes. Let them cool.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, cilantro, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, lime juice, and hot sauce (if using).

  3. Spoon the corn kernels into serving cups or glasses.

  4. Drizzle the mayonnaise mixture over the corn.

  5. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and cilantro.

  6. Serve immediately.
