How To Make Cocktail Meatballs

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.

In a separate saucepan, combine marinara sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and ketchup. Cook over medium heat until heated through.

Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
