Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed nuts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, chilli powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt.

  3. Add the mixed nuts to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.

  4. Spread the nuts out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the nuts are golden brown and fragrant.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
