  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, flour, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  3. Scoop spoonfuls of the chicken mixture and gently drop them into the hot oil. Flatten each fritter slightly with the back of the spoon.

  4. Fry the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

  5. Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

  6. Serve the chicken fritters warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
