Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 duck breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
-
In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Set aside.
-
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add duck slices and cook until browned, about 2 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
-
In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add bell pepper, carrot, snow peas, and green onions. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
-
Return the duck slices to the skillet and pour the hoisin sauce mixture over them. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat the duck and vegetables.
-
Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds.
-
Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
