How To Make Tropical Overnight Oats

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, coconut milk, diced pineapple, sliced banana, shredded coconut, chopped almonds, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.

Divide the mixture into four separate jars or containers with lids.

Cover the jars or containers and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6-8 hours.

In the morning, give the oats a good stir and add any additional toppings such as more sliced banana or a sprinkle of shredded coconut, if desired.
