Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk (any kind)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, for drizzling
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, and honey (if desired).

  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.

  3. Gently fold in the mixed berries, chia seeds, and chopped nuts (if using).

  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate overnight for at least 8 hours.

  5. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and divide them into serving bowls.

  6. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
