How To Make Vegan Stuffing

Stuffing is a great add-on to your main dishes. More than just something to fill the turkey with during Thanksgiving, stuffing is a wonderful side dish to complement your dish of choice. There’s no stopping you in enjoying this stuffing recipe!

Ingredients

  • 8 cups of bread cubes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic, and cook until softened.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine bread cubes, cooked vegetables, dried thyme, dried sage, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

  4. Slowly pour vegetable broth over the bread mixture, stirring gently until all the bread is moistened.

  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
