How To Make Microwave Baked Potato

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry potatoes thoroughly.

  2. Poke holes in potatoes with a fork.

  3. Coat potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  4. Place potatoes on a microwave-safe plate and cook in the microwave for 12-15 minutes, or until soft.

  5. Let potatoes cool for a few minutes before serving. Slice down the middle and serve with your favorite toppings.
