How To Make Fruity Chutney

Ingredients
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup of mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup of pineapple, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

In a large saucepan, combine the diced apples, mango, pineapple, red onion, raisins, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the chutney thickens and the fruits are tender.

Stir the chutney occasionally to prevent sticking.

Remove from heat and let cool before serving.

Store the chutney in sterilized jars in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
