Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, mayonnaise, and sour cream until well combined.

  2. Stir in the minced garlic, fresh parsley, dill, chives, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

  4. Adjust the seasoning according to taste.

  5. Let the dressing sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

  6. Serve as a dressing for salads or as a dip for veggies.
