How To Make Meatless Buffalo Dip

This buffalo dip is made with white beans mixed with blue cheese dressing, cheddar, and cream cheese, topped with chives then baked until bubbly.

Ingredients

  • 8ozcream cheese,(1 package), softened
  • 1cupblue cheese dressing
  • 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded, divided
  • ½cupbuffalo wing sauce
  • 15ozcannellini beans,(1 can) drained and rinsed
  • 1tspfresh chives,chopped, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Beat cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, 1½ cup cheddar cheese, and Buffalo wing sauce together in a bowl.

  3. Slightly mash cannellini beans in a separate bowl, then fold into the cheese mixture.

  4. Spread mixture into a pie pan or baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese and chives.

  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven until bubbly.
