How To Make Krystal’s Perfect Marinade for BBQ or Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, paprika, and black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours.

Preheat grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.

Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade. Place chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
