How To Make Grilled Chicken with Herbs

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken to coat evenly. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.

Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
