Ingredients

  • 2 cups of strawberries
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes, for serving

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and raspberries, and remove the stems from the strawberries.

  2. In a blender, combine the strawberries, raspberries, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and well combined.

  3. If desired, add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the smoothie is chilled.

  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
