How To Make Grilled Chicken and Herbs

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them.

Seal the bag and massage the chicken to evenly coat with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes or up to overnight in the fridge.

Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.

Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.

Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve hot and enjoy.
