How To Make Tunisian Harissa Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup harissa paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, mix together harissa paste, olive oil, cinnamon, coriander, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.
