Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup harissa paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together harissa paste, olive oil, cinnamon, coriander, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

  3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.

  4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
