How To Make Keto Shrimp and Zucchini Noodles Recipe
A low-carb dish that is packed with flavor from juicy shrimp and spiralized zucchini noodles.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 medium zucchini, spiralized
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.

Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.

Add zucchini noodles to the same skillet and cook until tender, about 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add shrimp back to the skillet and stir in parsley and lemon juice.

Serve hot.
