How To Make Keto Shrimp and Zucchini Noodles Recipe

A low-carb dish that is packed with flavor from juicy shrimp and spiralized zucchini noodles.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 medium zucchini, spiralized
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.

  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  4. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.

  5. Add zucchini noodles to the same skillet and cook until tender, about 2-3 minutes.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Add shrimp back to the skillet and stir in parsley and lemon juice.

  8. Serve hot.
