How To Make Vegan Keto Zucchini Noodles with Pesto Recipe
A low-carb and high-fat dish with zucchini noodles and vegan pesto sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1/2 cup vegan pesto
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Cut off the ends of the zucchinis and spiralize them into noodles.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and add the zucchini noodles. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the noodles are slightly tender.

Add the vegan pesto and stir to combine.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the pesto is heated through.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Serve hot and garnish with additional vegan pesto and fresh basil, if desired.
