  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  2. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well.

  3. Press the mixture into a baking dish, and bake for 20 minutes.

  4. Allow the bars to cool, then cut them into pieces and enjoy!
