How To Make Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti
Crunchy biscotti with tangy cranberries and nutty pistachios make the perfect treat with your morning coffee or tea.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup shelled and chopped pistachios
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Beat eggs in a separate bowl, then add to flour mixture and mix until combined.

Stir in dried cranberries and pistachios.

On a lightly floured surface, form dough into a 12-inch log.

Place log on a parchment-lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until light golden brown and firm to the touch.

Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Using a serrated knife, slice log into 1/2 inch pieces and place each piece on its side on the baking sheet.
