Ingredients

  • 2 cups of peeled and chopped apples
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of white sugar
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped apples and cranberries together.

  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, white sugar, brown sugar, rolled oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg together.

  4. Add the melted butter to the flour mixture and mix until crumbly.

  5. Spread the apple and cranberry mixture evenly in a baking dish.

  6. Sprinkle the crumbly flour mixture on top.

  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
