Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 bottle red wine
  • 1 cup soda water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, muddle the cranberries, orange slices, lemon slices, and apple slices to release their flavors.

  2. Add orange juice, cranberry juice, and sugar to the pitcher. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

  3. Pour in the red wine and mix well.

  4. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld.

  5. Just before serving, add soda water and ice cubes. Stir gently.

  6. Pour the cranberry sangria into glasses and garnish with additional fruit slices if desired.
