Ingredients

  • 6 cups gluten-free bread, cubed
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, onion, celery, parsley, sage, thyme, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Gradually stir in chicken broth until bread is moist but not soggy.

  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
